- Coordinate Vendors to return the property to tenant-ready condition

50% of first full month’s rent/Cap $1500
Please note: We also offer services for new clients to facilitate move-outs, remove problem or
non-paying tenants, AND coordinate the preparation of the property, bringing it to tenant-ready condition.
